Our Menlo Park office in California is looking for an Analyst to join the Technology Equity Capital Markets team.

• Up to 1 year of experience in investment banking or capital markets required

• Extraordinarily high level of motivation, focus on work quality, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and decision-making abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude

• Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, hungry, a self-starter, a leader, a team player, a multitasker, and a results-oriented individual

• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

• Interest in developing a career in Technology Equity Capital Markets

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Series licensing or must obtain

• This position is for an immediate start date

/Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 110000 and 125000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs./
