Job Description

An employer is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to sit remotely. You will primarily be tasked with leading hands-on development efforts tied to the clients Back Office web platform and 3rd party integrations for their omnichannel ordering processing software. The client is continuing to enhance their product and you will lead many of these efforts as they continue to scale across other channels. You will build and maintain server-side web applications and collaborate across teams to grasp requirements and engineer these solutions accordingly. The development efforts will be mostly back end focused but have some front end components involved as needed. You will help with hiring/ interviewing additional team members, mentor junior engineers, oversee team priorities, and lead the over all direction/ strategy for the team. Additional tasks will include related testing efforts for new development, architectural reviews, evaluate new technologies/ tools and identify areas for process improvement.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years experience in JavaScript/ TypeScript development

Strong full stack experience- React/ Node

MongoDB experience

Experience with Docker

Strong back end development experience, Rest APIs

QA and unit testing experience Kubernetes experience

Experience with Express

Python skills null
