As a Senior Manager in our Human Services Transformation group possible responsibilities could include:
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Develop business, vendor, and senior level client relationships
Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
Lead pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
Manage project(s) financials and develop financial plans
Provide counseling, coaching, leadership, and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process
Present and sell ideas to various client audiences, both technical and non-technical

The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of consulting experience within Gov't Health & Human Services such as: Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care subsidies, Long Term Supports and Services, Child Support, Child Welfare or Unemployment Assistance
10+ years of experience with health human services policy and mandates
5+ years of experience at a supervisory or management level
5+ years of relevant consulting experience, aligning IT systems with organization business processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
