Sutter Health Application Analyst III - Cadence/Prelude in Sacramento, California

Position Overview:

Available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

*May require some onsite visits to California.

*One week On-Call rotation per quarter. Tuesday afternoon to Tuesday morning 4:30PM-6:30AM Pacific Weekdays and 24/7 on Weekend.

Implements, supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Provides expert application and technical support to ensure that applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained. In addition to production support, leads more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications. Lastly, leads large and complex applications efforts as well as provides support to other team members as a mentor.

*Cadence / Prelude certification or proficiency highly desired.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Expert knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.

Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.

Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Pay Range is $42.98 to $64.47 / hour. California Pay Range is $42.98 to $64.47 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas Pay Range is $38.69 to $58.03 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $34.39 to $51.58 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
