Adecco US, Inc. Mailroom Specialist in Springfield, Ohio

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for Mail Clerk.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: 1-2 weeks.

Location: SPRINGFIELD OH 45505 (On-Site REQUIRED)

Pay: $ 15.00

Duration: Temp (projected end is Dec 2024- but can extend)

Shift: Monday- Friday (7am-3:30pm)

Description:

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.

• Process outgoing mail, ensuring accurate postage and timely dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing trackable mail.

• Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, mail sorters, and scanners.

• Assist in the preparation of bulk mailings, including folding, stuffing, and sealing envelopes.

• Ensure the mailroom is organized, clean, and safe at all times.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.

• Collaborate with team members to improve mailroom processes and efficiency.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Mailroom Team Lead or Manager.

Requirements:

Education- High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • Basic Computer Skills and Comfortable using a computer

  • Ability to make good decisions

  • Organizational skills

  • Flexible to handle different assignments

  • Ability to learn multiple polies and procedures

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
